There is no waiting list. If a ticket is refundend, it’s added back to the webshop inventory, and it’s first come first serve. When new/refunded tickets are added to the webshop, we will announce in the Facebook groups.

All tickets are refundable until 2025-09-01. There is a 95kr administration fee included in the ticket price that is not refunded. (of a 1095sek, 1000sek will be refunded)

All tickets can freely be sold to another person. Remember to contact us by email with the following information: Ticket number, previous owner, new owner. No deadline to sell your ticket. Verify your sellers ticket number with us to avoid scammers. 

MWW does not refund other bookings such as flight tickets, hotel rooms etc.

The hotel is located less than 50m from Hyllie train station in Malmö. Google Maps for the hotel

Train from Copenhagen Airport: Take any train towards Sweden, and get off at the first stop after you get on (Hyllie Station). Remember your passport to avoid any complications crossing the border.

Car: There are several parking options in the area. There is e.g. a parking garage both underneath the hotel and across the street. 

Malmö Airport: Take bus to Malmö C and local train from there to Hyllie Station.

Probably! The Hours Heresy room will most likely be open the longest at night. There is also no staff later during the evening or night time so do not leave your items unattended.

1-2 min walk from the hotel you have several fast food places such as Subway, kebab etc. and across the street from the hotel you have Emporia shopping mall. There you will find a food court with a lot of choices between everything from fast food to steakhouse. 

No outside food is allowed in the hotel!

It’s up to each individual to decide. The rooms will be locked over night after the last game until we open up at around 8am. Please bring all your valuables with you. MFF and MWW do not take any responsibility over items left in the gaming rooms both during daytime and night. 

Yes! There is free coffee and water for all players to enjoy in connection to the gaming rooms. You are allowed to bring the drinks inside the rooms. 

There is also an ice cream machine and popcorn available for free to all players.

It’s only to do with the cost increases, particularly the hotel rent. MFF run MWW as a non-profit organisation close to a break-even budget and if the event generates happens to generate a tiny profit, the money is 100% re-invested into the next event. This means the smallest increase in costs such as venue rent gets reflected on the ticket price as we operate with the smallest of margins. All staff are 100% volounteers and no salaries are paid.

Yes! The bar opens in the afternoon and you are allowed to bring your drink around in the gaming rooms.

Drunkeness in a manner that it interferes with gaming, ruins the experience for others is strictly forbidden, and anyone breaking this rule will be escorted away from the gaming area and no refund given.

• Always wear your name badge
• No outside food or drinks in the hotel.
• Keep speaking volume at a reasonable level.
• No excessive drinking. If you behave in a manner that disturbs the other guests, organizers will escort you out after a warning, and no refund given.
